Joe Walsh in Amherst, New York
Date: July 8, 1990
Quality: B
Source: Audience
Discs: One

Note: The venue is Baird Point at the University of Buffalo Amherst. Before “The Bomber”, Joe tells the story about how a “little brat” told him that his grandfather was the reason he was a Joe Walsh fan. Before “Funk #49”, Joe asks if the audience knows why women “scratch their asses in the morning” (it’s because “they don’t have balls”). The crowd seemed to enjoy this joke. “Funk #49” is split into three tracks for some reason. Track 11 is only the talkbox solo of “Rocky Mountain Way”. There are a few scratches and blips in “Help Me Through the Night”. Many tracks fade in and out. Track 17 is just 30 seconds of “In the City” – this probably does not belong on the CD. Then, the audio quality improves drastically for “Over and Over”, which makes me think this is from a different show. “Ordinary Average Guy” is definitely not from this bootleg either – the version on this boot has been ripped directly from the “Look What I Did: The Joe Walsh Anthology” CD.
