I got a small tattoo on my back years ago and they are very painful to get. I can't even imagine getting a large tattoo like that on the neck....talk about pain. The skin on the neck is very thin. And like it was already mentioned....how is the tattoo going to look years from now? I like tattoos but I think you should be able to cover them if need be....but to each his own.

As for tattoos, I had a friend who got one around her navel when she was young and had a flat belly. Looked really sexy when she wore a bikini or a crop top... then she got pregnant. You can guess how that sucker looked afterwards! She never wore a bikini again!
