Re: This or That :Non-Eagles music
Not quite sure how I managed to forget to do that... argh! Thanks for providing a new question. The silly thing is I had a question in mind, just forgot to post it!
In response to your question - Joni Mitchell for sure.

This is the question I was going to ask:
1973 Southern rock releases: Brothers & Sisters by The Allman Brothers or Pronounced... by Lynyrd Skynyrd

Re: This or That :Non-Eagles music
Pronounced because it's such a great album, and I prefer the first 3 Allman Brothers albums over Brothers and Sisters.

70s live albums: Peter Frampton's Frampton Comes Alive or The Allman Brothers Band's At Fillmore East?

I like Honky Cat, but out of those two, it's Rocket Man that I prefer.

Re: This or That :Non-Eagles music
Years ago I would have said Abbey Road. Now I finally appreciate the genius of Pepper, which also contains my favourite song (A Day In The Life).

Re: This or That :Non-Eagles music
I love both songs equally. It's a very minor point, but I'm going to go for Take The Money And Run because it's an original SM written track, rather than a cover. EDIT: The Steve Miller Band is another artist I lost track off. I'm now listening to his 2011 album "Let Your Hair Down". He sounds more like an old-style bluesman than he used to. Which works IMHO.
