Good luck to all of you voting tomorrow. Somehow I feel that the turnout is going to be quite impressive.

Sad news about Barack Obama's grandmother though.

I am hearing that the lines are crazy in our community and others in the area. How is everyone else fairing? Hopefully this is a good indication of a large voter turnout!!!

Hubby always leaves for work at 6:00 A.M. Today he left at 5 til 6 and said he wanted to try to be first at the polls. Last time he voted he was third and time before that he said he was second in line.
He called me this morning after he had voted and told me he was 27th!

I will be voting on my way to work today at 10:00 a.m.

    Happy voting, everyone!

Yes! And I guess there won't be any more news programs either after today or tonight! It's all they've talked about for the past few months.

Of course, I'm sure there will be some type of problem to discuss! There will be something wrong somewhere!

I just got back from voting and there is a HUGE turnout here so far. We vote at the elementary school in the middle of our little neighborhood, and the long lines & traffic today are both insane. I can’t imagine what it is going to be like at 3:00 with school traffic too.

No long lines so far here but there were long lines for 'early voting' - maybe our town have had a lot of people go that route. There certainly was a lot of news coverage about early voting - maybe it paid off.
