Default Bob Seger Article about tribute to Glenn

Bob Seger gave an interview with the Detroit Free Press in which he talks a lot about Glenn and his new album that is a tribute to Glenn. Not sure where to post this.

p.s. I know I spelled his name wrong. I don't know how to edit the topic title.

I fixed the spelling for ya, BB.

And thanks for posting. That was a very interesting read. Seeing Bob in concert has been on my bucket list for quite a while and I never seemed to manage it. I am going to try very hard to make one of his shows when he resumes his tour even if I have to travel to see him.

Wow - Thank You BB, that was a great article. Makes me love Bob even more. A 50 year friendship is rare indeed. You can just feel Bob's love and respect for Glenn and how hard his death was for him.
When he goes back on tour I hope he comes near me, I would love to see him in concert. All the dates he had scheduled did not hit the NY/NJ Metro area. Hope he adds us on his schedule.
SS - I also wish Bob and Glenn had done more things together too.

Thanks for the link BB. I'm glad Bob is doing okay and is on the road to recovery.

NKIT, you're right, a 50 year friendship is a very special thing. You could feel it in his words and in his song, "I Knew You When". I'm sure the album means a lot to the Frey family.

Thanks for posting that. I got a bit choked up - heck, even seeing the photo of him with Glenn was enough to do that.

What a friend! I'm adding this album to my collection.

That’s a very nice interview. Thanks for posting. Poor Bob, he was in such pain after the surgery. I’m glad to hear he’s feeling better. Maybe we’ll get to see him next Spring when he starts up again.
