Love it. The guy filming got totally busted - "Who are you with?" "Uh, I'm just..." Who else thinks it was someone from Timothy's team who made him stop? I'm surprised he got that much recorded. Thanks SS!

Bringing this forward - so great, thanks TK!

So I was looking at Poco albums on Wikipedia. Their first album was recorded in 1969 - Randy left/was fired because they wouldn't let him help with the mix/production - it was to be Messina and Furay only. Their second album was recorded in 1970, with just Messina producing. Then, their third album Deliverin' was also recorded in 1970 (live) and guess who is credited with producing it? Messina and Timothy! Never knew that.

Also never knew that the cover of the "Poco" album (with young Tim in brown jacket) is hanging in the Country Music Hall of Fame.

I'm so glad all of Timothy's hard work and talent in Poco paid off for him, albeit with a different band!

Well, this isn't video of Timothy, but I wanted to post these two songs for our listening enjoyment and am not sure of the right thread - it's really a "Timothy Recordings" topic. If one of the Poco or New Breed threads within TBS is a better fit, I'll move it! Neither of these are new discoveries, most TBS fans are familiar, but they're just nice things for a Friday

Anyway - here is 18-year old Baby Timmy singing his first hit, which was popular on regional radio.

And here is 22-year old Baby Timmy on bass and vocals. WalshFan and I were discussing how he was PLAYIN' that bass (starts at about 1:14)! So fun.

Use your headphones if you have them to best enjoy the bass stylings!!!

I don't know if this has already been posted, so my apologies if it has been. Here is the video link to Bright Morning Star by Car a Dillon. It's the song Timothy sang back-up on for her new album. The song is absolutely beautiful, and she has a stunning voice. I had never heard her before, but after hearing the song, I can see why Timothy wanted to sing with her.

It must be nice to hear an artist you like and just call them up and say, " Hey, I'd like to work with you"

Thanks, TJH! We had it in the Timothy Collaborations thread. I guess the song is a hymn?? It is a lovely song and she is a great singer. We had a little discussion about how prominent his voice is - not as prominent as I'd like! It sounds like there are several voices on the chorus, not just hers and TBS's - another man and maybe some other women? Anyway, very cool that he's on it.
