    Love Rules (SIGH)
The Bomber (Joe does Ravel's Bolero)!

And After Hours (Royal Oak) started playing just as I got out of the train so I've got that to look forward to when I get round to the school!

We went into a small cafe last Wednesday. It was rather packed and the radio/cd was on only very low, but I managed to discern a live version of Desperado. I think Glenn was singing it but its volume was too low to decipher from where. Hubby suggested we go (he couldn't hear anything over the noise) but he got a "Not if you value your life" look. I was rewarded because the follow up was Lying Eyes . The next songs were not Eagles although they were good. I mean to go back on my own soon to do some more 'research'

The radio station I listen to at work has been on a roll. Yesterday I heard:

    New Kid in Town
I Can Play That Rock & Roll
    Turn to Stone

    Today:

    Sunset Grill
    Rocky Mountain Way
    Hotel CA
    The Long Run

On our trip over the long holiday we listened to random radio stations. Thursday night we heard:

    Heartache Tonight
    On The Border
    Rocky Mountain Way
    Life's Been Good
    Hotel CA
    Smugglers Blues

    Friday:

    New Kid In Town
    Take It Easy

    Sunday:

    I Can't Tell You Why
    Dirty Laundry
    Take It Easy

A pretty good mix when you consider that we changed stations quite often due to them going out of range.

    That Girl
Decades (interesting song, if somewhat overblown)

Today on the radio at work I've heard:

    Already Gone
    James Dean
    Peaceful Easy Feeling
    Life in the Fast Lane

    A good day!

    Born To Boogie
    Some Kind Of Wonderful

    Now that is COOL.

Born To Boogie makes me smile inanely right through it because it is almost unrecognisable until you get to 'every roadie should boogie' and you think 'ah yes. That's who it is'. And Don's drumming absolutely rocks in this song.
