I saw the new thread for '1st Eagles song for the year'. I have always used this thread to note that but anyway as I haven't heard an Eagles song yet I will note the first Frey track I heard, which was The Heat Is On (Rama).

I had a double:
Man With A Mission (first Henley song of 2011)
Born To Boogie
They didn't sound bad together, considering that I don't like MWAM very much.
I had another double - two in a day!
Funk #49 (first Walsh song of 2011)
I Don't Want To Hear Any More (live 30/11/10 - I was there)!
I'm reviving this because I had a double, the first since January. I just don't get them any more.
The Girl From Yesterday
All Those Lies
ETA: Later I heard Desperado (Foxwoods version) followed by Star Spangled Bus. I'm sure I have said this before; Star Spangled Bus barely qualifies as having Glenn on it.

I had a double yesterday:
All Those Lies
Peaceful Easy Feeling
then 3 songs later I got True Love and then a few songs later I got The End of the Innocence.
It was a good session!
Today I got a triple:
I've Been Born Again
Smugglers Blues
One of These Nights
later on Sunset Grill and Theme From Boat Weirdos
"They will never forget you 'till somebody new comes along"
1948-2016 Gone but not forgotten
Had the iTunes on shuffle today and and 4 in the row from our Eagles.
River Of Dreams-Glenn
Greeks Don't Want No Freaks-Eagles
Love Rules-Don
Out Of Control
And now, as I type this, Get Over It is playing. I guess it was a sign that it's been waaaaaay to long since I was on The Border.
He sings it high, he plays it low
It has been way too long, TBF!

TBF! Welcome back! Long time gone!
Been a long time since this thread was posted in too!

As this has been revived I had a double which was a really pleasant surprise. I had the album version of Working Man immediately followed by the slow version of Working Man. What are the odds? They weren't even in a playlist. If they had been followed by Working Man by Rush it would have been even better.
Very cool, FP - love both versions of the song and you're right ... you seem to have beat the odds here.
