Yep - This is going to be a real tough one for me, but in a different way than the Hell Freezes Over Survivor game was. First of all, I do think there’s a lot more stylistic variety in these performances than on HFO. The performances are all wonderful from a technical standpoint just like in HFO, but the band appears to be much more relaxed in the F1 DVD. The guys seem much more emotionally engaged with the songs, the audience, and with each other. As I said earlier, the thing that really connects with me as a viewer is interaction among the band members. It just gives me warm fuzzies to see the band enjoying themselves so much.

Next, while a few performances on F1 feature individual band members, it isn’t nearly as prevalent as it was in HFO. Even with the solo songs, the F1 performances showcase the overall abilities of the band as a whole, which makes them much more enjoyable for me. As a matter of fact, some of the solo songs are among my favorites here.

But, the bottom line for me is, all of these performances are fantastic, IMO. So I’ve been struggling to figure out even what my top ten are. And, unlike most of the Survivor games, I don’t have a clue which performance I want to win. Oh well - I guess I have more homework to do ... I better go put that DVD back in the player again.

Once again I will go for 'ICTYW' and Rocky Mountain Way. Its difficult at the moment because to me all the performances are very high quality.

Wow - There is quite a log-jam here for the second elimination.

I cast my votes for Love Will Keep Us Alive and Hole In the World.

Well that's seven people off my Christmas card list for this year.
'You belong to the city' has the best bit of the show at about 1.30 when it shows the tops of Tim's legs.

I vote for Funk #49 and The boys of summer.
