That's very, very cool!! But when did we find this out? Is it actually in this thread somewhere and I missed it? And is there an article that talks about it somewhere & posted here? Inquiring minds want to know!

Ok, so someone's holding out! Why hasn't someone told us before now?

Wouldn't that have been a great show to be at?!

Apparently there is an article in the Dallas paper that mentions Don's appearance but you have to be a paying subscriber to actually read it. However, it was tweeted about from people at the Cherokee Creek Music Festival where Jackson was performing and that is basically how I found out about it last weekend.

I didn't say anything sooner because someone else always seems to be way ahead of me on all these things. I had a scoop and didn't even know it...

Sorry Willie. not sure if there is anything in this thread. I saw about it May 17th on L & M's - posted May 15th there. Presumed someone else in the US would have seen something about it and posted here. They didn't have much other than they found it through Twitter. He appeared with Jackson at Cherokee Creek Music Festival in Mason County, Texas. There was a link with a couple of photos added.

Yes, I did it vaguely because I thought someone would jump on it. Only they didn't. Then I forgot about it. I tried a search on it and came up with nothing more at the time.

Thanks TG for the info on the song, will see if I can find a copy. Really enjoyed hearing about the concert and how cool he had a special guest!
