I knew Koala would post a couple that I had forgotten - namely Land Of Confusion and Digging In the Dirt. I would add I Can't Dance, Big Time, Take Me Home and Don't Lose My Number to those. And I couldn't leave out Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights.

All mine apart from the Eagles' related ones and I Love L.A. are by British artists (except I just thought of one more - Money Money Money by Abba).

Ooh, I love the video for Take Me Home! I also think the video for Billy Don't Lose My Number is a hoot.

I hadn't seen the video for I Wish It Would Rain Down (my second favourite Phil Collins song after In The Air Tonight). It features 'Bill' Collins becoming a film star and has the added bonus of Eric Clapton in a tux.

As for In The Air Tonight watch when he finally gets to the drums:

Some of my favorite cover songs which come to mind:

Let's get the obvious out of the way:
    Ol' 55 - Eagles
    Seven Bridges Road - Eagles
    How Long - Eagles
Please Come Home for Christmas - Eagles
Reconsider Me - Stevie Nicks (backing by Don Henley)
    Crystal - Fleetwood Mac
    At Last - Stevie Nicks
Needles and Pins - Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks
To Try for the Sun - Lindsey Buckingham

OK, now the rest! (in no particular order)
You Can't Hurry Love - Phil Collins
    Killing Me Softly - Fugees
    Tainted Love - Soft Cell
California Girls - David Lee Roth
    Billie Jean - David Cook
Hazy Shade of Winter - the Bangles
I Will Always Love You - Whitney Houston
    Landslide - Dixie Chicks
    Mony Mony - Billy Idol
    Oh Girl - Paul Young
    Respect - Aretha Franklin
Turn, Turn, Turn - the Byrds
Twist and Shout - the Beatles
    Without You - Harry Nilsson
Lean on Me - Club Noveau
Angel of the Morning - Juice Newton
Because the Night - 10,000 Maniacs
Walk This Way - Run DMC and Aerosmith
Baby I Love Your Way / Freebird Medley - Will to Power
I Can't Make You Love Me - George Michael
Take a Chance on Me - Erasure

Never Going Back Again - Matchbox Twenty (can't find this full-length, which sucks, because it is AWESOME, especially at the end when they merge it with "The Chain" - this Fleetwood Mac cover is great because Matchbox Twenty changes it to a minor key from a major key, revealing the darkness of the lyrics hidden by the original's bright tune. In truth, the lyrics are very bitter.)

ETA: If you go to this page and scroll down, you can hear the entire NGBA cover. Don't know how to direct link to it though!

    Carrickfergus - Van Morrison
Sometimes I Feel Like A Motherless Child - Van Morrison
Reason To Believe - Bobby Darin or Rod Stewart
San Francisco Bay Blues - Paul McCartney
Sweet Home Chicago - Eric Clapton

Honourable mention to songs Glenn has sung live like My Girl, I Hear You Knocking and Some Kind Of Wonderful which are great.
Edit: I hadn't seen Soda's post. I had forgotten stuff like Twist & Shout and Money (That's What I Want) by the Beatles.
