Same here. I might buy the cd. It would depend on what's on it.

I would definitely buy it. Covers might not seem as appealing as originals but I'd like to hear the Eagles covering their influences... I think there might be some surprising choices on there. After all, they come from very different backgrounds and parts of the country. It was really special to hear CSN cover their favourites, like Norwegian Wood and Behind Blue Eyes, during their tour a couple of years ago... I have no objection to it. I find it interesting. I like to know what or whom inspired my favourite musicians.

At the moment I am in no position to say that 'covers might not seem as appealing as originals'.

I feel the same way. Hey, it's the Eagles! I think I'd buy anything they put out!

The song doesn't need anything else performance-wise.

Agreed. Heck, Ol' 55 is a cover and it's one of my favorite Eagles songs.

I'd love to have them standing together and do that song

I'd love a new CD of any sort of Eagles

I agree that What Do I Do With My Heart would be awesome live. I would also love to see them perform On the Border. I have also made my thoughts made numerous times that I believe they should play I Dreamed There Was No War.

I've got mixed feeling about It's Your World Now. On one hand I think it would be a great way to close the show, but, on the other hand, I really don't want to hear it. It would be a downer for me.

And I agree about the covers - they have too many of their own songs that they should do instead of songs from others.
