What's bad is that we have always used them before for everything in the past with no trouble.

I got my Fleetwood Mac tix from someplace new this time and took a chance and had no trouble. Go figure!

I would definitely report them to the BBB, and contact the authorities in their area. If you have proof that you paid for certain seats and received lesser priced seats that's fraud. You may not get immediate satisfaction, but no legitimate business would act in that manner, nor would they treat a customer that way. I'm sure you're not the first person they've done this to.

If your confirmation email has the right seats and they gave you others that's bait and switch and its illegal.
Call your cc company and tell them you dispute the charges.
ask for the manager not the worker bees and talk to them again cause the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
be a bee in their bonnet and a thorn in their side dude

I have reported them to the BBB and am going to call the CC company next week (Monday) if they don't call and try to make better.

That's horrible Austin. I really hope it gets resolved in your favor.

I heard other venues are having issues for this tour. The theater my dad's going to had an issue with a broker selling tickets before they even went on sale to members and at like 4x the price. The theater sent out several notifications saying DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The actual tickets went onsale today and my dad's sitting 2nd row center. So jealous.

I'm glad your dad was able to get good seats, PFD. Don't even get me started on brokers. Even though I use them, I wish that whole thing was regulated more.

Well I did get refunded the difference FINALLY after talking to them again and threatening to have the charges removed off of our card....

But still stuck in the same seats. But at least I have only put the money that they are worth into them rather than paying for primo seats and getting stuck in the back.
