Yeah, I only realised when I read the reviews the next day that it wasn't his entire set list shown - he went on a good while longer. So long, in fact, that he was given a fine for it!

I'd say the BBC showed about an hour and a half of Bruce. I watched the entire BBC coverage and thoroughly enjoyed it. They were great with their coverage of Neil Young, too. So often festival performances get cut and pasted together really badly, & they show maybe one or two songs from each. I have no complaints about how they handled it this year.

I've found this page on the BBC2 website. You can see photos & watch Bruce's performances. It also has the full setlist. Enjoy, Eva

Too funny about the fine! I'm sure Bruce can spring for the $4500, a drop in his bucket! Great comment from the British TV presenter, who didn't think he was going to stop at all, I guess... (what a thought! )

Bruce has announced 25 additional arena shows in the fall, after he returns from Europe...mostly in the South and Midwest, with a couple return sites in the Northeast. Onsale dates vary, some shows starting today. Check out www.brucespringsteen.net for details.

Also, for the first time ever, his Super Bowl half time show this past winter has been nominated for not one, but four Emmys!! The main one is "Short-Format, Live-Action, Entertainment Program"---it certainly was all of that!! Congrats!!

I was able to score some great seats for Bruce in Nashville in September.
I saw him there last year and it was fantastic! I can't wait.

I had a nightmare that Bruce dreamed last night and that I heard it on the news. It was so realistic that for a moment when I woke up I still believed it had happened.

I don't think Bruce "dreamed" is the correct word. Do you mean, died? If so, that is a nightmare!

You're right, I meant died. But now that my post has inspired some amusement, I feel better about it.
