Very true. LOL.
Very true. LOL.
In the book "Canyon of Dreams," he was pretty clear that he didn't like psychedelics. But in the Diltz film, you can see Randy chewing on peyote buttons, so... I guess he would have had to participate in a situation like that. Glenn had shared that Randy didn't want to go; his ulcers were bothering him. He kept saying that he was from the country, so he didn't need to go out into the wilderness.
Bless his heart. (And I mean that in the sympathetic way.) Don could have made the same argument; not like Cass County, Texas is a thriving metropolis, either. LOLOL. I've also heard peyote is rough on the digestion, anyway. But if he was coming down from it, he was probably cold and miserable -- and wondering how in the world he got into this mess.
My personal favorite Eagles lineup.

Barry Shultz took photos of the band in 1975 and there are a few in this gallery:

Familiar photos but nice, clean copies.
I love Joe's t-shirt (with reference to the bumper sticker Stephen Stills had made, “Who is David Geffen and why is he saying those terrible things about me?”).
Thanks UTW. That t-shirt cracks me up. Also like the one where Glenn is wearing a "Free Bobby Night" t-shirt.
Great pics! Love the ones of Glenn tuning the guitars. Thanks for posting the link!
Does anyone know what month in 1973 this series of photos was taken? The photographer is Gijsbert Hanekroot and the locale was London.
