I think this is what you were talking about, P47. It wasn't an easy read, and it didn't explain the side effects at all. It said other sites may have problems, but in our cases it's some users and not all. So maybe it's the ISPs that are getting the residual issues? I'll see if I can find more on it.

Omg!! I haven't been able to get this site to load in 4 days!! I finally figured out the only way I can access it is through my phone but only when I'm using my 3G network, not the wifi here! (I'm at work)... Does anyone know what is going on?
