I know that many Borderers do not use Instagram - I've been seeing some good Eagles stuff on it lately. Here is a sweet old post from Glenn's hair stylist. She is on tour with Deacon/Taylor right now and did the Frey family at the Kennedy Center Honors. This is a public account. You can tell she has this particular photo framed. It may have been posted before but I definitely haven't seen it...

Very cool. I do have Instagram but I've never come across stuff like that. All my feed is guitar pictures and videos. lol I guess I need to get into hashtags more.

How sweet - what a great picture! It looks like she knows the Frey family pretty well.

Sorry if this has been posted before; I searched and couldn’t find it. It’s a remembrance of Glenn by artist Boyd Elder. He mentions that he introduced Glenn to his first wife, Janie: http://marfapublicradio.org/blog/fro...ls-glenn-frey/

I remember reading this shortly after Glenn's death and was very moved. But, thanks for posting it again, NMB. It may have been originally posted in the first thread that was started after he passed.

This week is not going to be easy for any of Glenn's fans, friends, or family as we near the three year anniversary of his death.

Maybe we can share some happy Glenn memories this week.

The other day, I remembered how he goofed off during the Memphis 2013 show - he put on an Elvis wig and did all these poses! It was hilarious! The memory really put a smile on my face.

That's the clearest picture of Glenvis. LOL I remembered watching the video of Glenn scaring Joe, but it wasn't clear.

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley

Thank you! It was taken by yours truly! One of the VERY few times I've gotten a good photo at an Eagles concert.
