He sings it high, he plays it low
There are a bunch of signed guitars in that bar. The ones that I remember (besides Stevie and George Thorogood) are ZZ Top, Hank Williams Jr., Kansas, REO Speedwagon, Evanescence, and Korn. There are several Country artists and bands but I can't remember who right now. I'll try to remember to take a proper look next time I go back.
Me too.

Stranded "on a corner in Winslow, Arizona
Such a fine sight to see."
Me three!
I've just seen an advert on Sky Bio, featuring Mark Knopfler. I think it said they're showing a live performance of his on Saturday at 9pm (UK). It, of course, reminded me of Julie.
you better put it all behind you, baby, 'cause life goes on
you keep carrying that anger, it'll eat you up inside--
Just heard Jet Airliner. Now everytime I hear it I think of Soda!
How could you not know that song?! (I know. You are young!)
"They will never forget you 'till somebody new comes along"
1948-2016 Gone but not forgotten
Now, that reminds me of James Taylor's Carolina in My Mind. (Don't confuse me!)

...the calling of the tide's eternal tune, the phases of the moon, the chambers of the heart, the egg and dart...
This reminded me of me.
I have ordered a few t shirts from a British site called djtees.com. Their latest edition is a series of Robert Plant 'Flower Power' shirts which I am tempted by, I must say. If you click on it you will see that 'Flower Power' has been abbreviated.

Can I say I have absolutely no objection to my Border initials being mentioned in the same breath as R.A. Plant!

LOL! I love the fact that you were reminded of yourself.
Those are great shirts.

Recently we've seen a couple of foxes in our neighborhood, sometimes trotting through our backyard. Yesterday Hubby said, "I can't get that song Fox On The Run out of my head. It must be because of those foxes we've been seeing. Who did that song anyway?"
Of course I was able to tell him who did it and how I knew. Thanks Willie!

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
