This time of year I usually get a little sad since it is close to summer being officially over though in H-town summer seems to now last until November. But I am definitely looking forward to this fall, Eagles and Fleetwood Mac will both be touring!
Woo Hoo!!!
Here's to a fabulous FALL!!!!
no problem with school, just that my week in France is over and I have to get to work, meaning studying
I had a good first day in my new school, I'm already liking my classmates and the tutor teacher
My mom and aunt made the long trip for a visit, they got here on Wednesday and staying until next Wednesday. Having a good visit with them in spite of the fact I need to work.
As for the work situation, I have a big decision or two to make by Monday, and I haven't come close to making a decision yet.

I survived the treadmill - barely! They left me hooked up to an EKG recorder for about 15 minutes afterward as I was having intense chest pain. Obviously not a heart attack or they would have said something!!
I should know the results tomorrow....

Anyway, Inverness was fun. I'll post up some pictures later in the relevant thread, but I will say this - if any of you across the Atlantic (or indeed anyone on this side!) ever get the chance to visit the Highlands, do it. I've travelled to just about every city and county in the UK and Ireland and I can categorically state there is nowhere more downright beautiful than the Scottish Highlands, it's breathtaking. Sadly my photos won't do it justice (it's hard to get photos from trains, OK? ) but believe me it's an amazing place. One day I was coming back from the Isle of Skye: I'd had a great time, the sun was setting over the hills and lochs and I had proper country-era Eagles playing through my headphones. I don't think I've ever had a more peaceful, easy feeling in my life!
