Happy 45th Birthday to one of the first songs Don and Glenn wrote together, Tequila Sunrise.

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley

I tried to find this concert on Newspapers.com. It appears that it actually took place at Hara Arena in Dayton, Ohio, 2 1/2 hours away from the University of Ohio. Ten Years After was the main attraction, with the Eagles being listed as second attraction, and The Strawbs the third attraction. Price $5.00 advance, $5.50 day of show. I couldn't find any reviews, but found several ads.

OT, while searching, I came across a TV schedule from The Guardian (London), dated April 5,1973 which listed The Eagles in Concert, BBC-2 at 10:15 p.m.

My all time favorite Eagles song! Wow, 46 years! I remember hearing it on the radio back in the day (showing my age here) and just loving it and have loved it ever since!
