I hear ya Dana - I had to go see the James Gang alone and driving 13 hours all by myself wasn't much fun. I'm still glad I went though!

Nancy, Lindsey just played the Northern Lights Theater here in Milwaukee. (same theater the James Gang played.)

It would have been a wonderful venue to for you to see him in since it only seats 500. Not a bad (or far away) seat in the house!

He did?! I didn't know about that! I was talking about this date: purchase.tickets.com/buy/...id=5823865

Oh my gosh, I had no idea he had already done a show! And I call myself a hardcore! Glenn has been distracting me. lol

Oops! This is what I get for not double checking before I post... Lindsey will be at our Pabst Theater on Oct. 17th, not the Northern Lights Theater. The Pabst has about 1000 seats-so twice as big -but still a wonderful venue.

I got excited when I went on the Pabst website. I thought Bob Seger was coming to town on December 1st. Then I realized it's Bob Saget. Not quite the same impact!

I know this thread is old, but thought I would add a few thoughts about FM.

Back in the day, they were right behind the Eagles as far as favorite bands. We actually named our daughter Lindsey Rhiannon (after him and Lindsay Waggoner (sp?)the bionic woman!).

We've never gotten to see them live, in concert, but last spring we saw them on Soundstage. It was great and I didn't really know that Lindsey was such an amazing guitarist.

I don't listen to them much anymore and I really can't put a finger on why because when I do hear them on the radio I love it.

My favorite songs are:

1. Dreams

2. Rhiannon

3. Gold Dust Woman

4. Go Your Own Way

5. Landslide

6. Sara

7. Silver Spring

Great choices, Brooke. It really is amazing how groups like the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac still find huge fan followings today.

Lindsay Rhiannon, that's very pretty.

My son, Tom, went to school with a family with 3 girls: Rosanna, Roxanne and Rhiannon. Obviously, mom and dad are music fans!

Those are cool. I could always say that Rosalind wasn't named after a Shakespearean character but Billy Joel's Rosalinda's Eyes.

I can't think of a song with my name in it. However, there is one particular song that makes me wish my name were Linda.
