I cast my vote for New York Minute!

Regarding HC, it's not so much that I dislike the new arrangement, but I find it inferior to the original. It just doesn't have the same energy, and the song is so dark that the acoustic version seems a bit too mellow to do its themes justice.

PS I absolutely loathe that reggae version. The only thing that beats it for "Worst New Arrangement" is Don's rap of "Life of the Fast Lane" from VH1 Storytellers, which I believe he deliberately made sucky because he was forced to do an Eagles song by the network when he just wanted to do solo material.

Is there any video of the rap version? I have not heard it!

I couldn't find it on a quick web search, but it's best that such a thing stay buried, IMHO! lol

I see someone has voted for my number one favorite song on the DVD. I won't say what it is. I just watched HFO last night. I'm having heart palpitations because I love this particular version of the song so very much and someone has already voted for it. I may be too sensitive to play.

Anyway, I vote for New York Minute. Beautiful song with typically-divine Henley lyrics but again it's just not a band performance. TBS's bass is excellent but it may as well be Don Henley playing with an orchestra plus seven random people.

This will get interesting once all the individual-heavy songs are gone, fear ye not

I vote Get Over It. While not a bad song, it just doesn't do anything for me.
