Here's a few of the photos I took of the big Christmas parade in Albany. (Here's the full album). It was dark, and I didn't use flash, but most came out decent or better.

The Forty and Eight Train (Hassan Temple) a staple of the parade. It's usually out in front.

Toys for Tots (there's a Marine Corp Logistics base in Albany, so this is a big deal)

Mars Corporation. (They have a huge plant here)

Sonny's BBQ (a small chain restaurant). They have good food.

Stardust (local skating rink). Yes, this big skate has a motor in it and was driven in the parade.

The parks at Chehaw. (A local zoo/park/playground/camping grounds. This time of year, they have the festival of lights.)

Confederate Civil War reenactors. This is also a staple of the parade, for me at least. Being a Civil War buff, I love this. I took this photo right before they fired their rifles right in front of me. (Into the air of course.)

Last, but not least, a sort of blurry Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree

My mom and mine's tree. It artificial. (I didn't want to include half of the kitchen, but it's the only way that I could get most of the tree to fit into the camera frame)

My uncle's real tree. I've nicknamed it the Charlie Brown tree because it's so scrawny lol.

The damage done by the deer last night. I wasn't with my mom at the time. She's ok, a bit sore, though. The car is not safe to drive, though. (The chevy bow tie is missing!)
