Yesterday's high was 85. Today's high is 63. Right now the temperature is 57, but it feels like 50.. It's gonna be like this most of the week, except Wednesday when the high will be 75. Lows will be between 50-60, but by next weekend, they'll be between 35-45. (Personally, that's too cold for my preferences.). I'll be spending the next 15 or so minutes digging out the pants that I had put away since fall had been unnoticeable until now!

It's also raining and storming today. They had to cancel the last day of the local fair today due to inclement weather.

In the 60's here, really warm for November. The cats are enjoying having the windows open & I am enjoying not having the heat on.

It's the time of the year where we need heat in the morning and a/c in the afternoon. Plus, within a few days, I can go from wearing shorts to wearing sweatpants . Later on today, there's going to be some bad weather, that crazy front that's moving through. There's gonna be some cold weather behind it. This cold weather will hopefully bring the first night below freezing this fall. By now, we should've already hit the 32 F/0 C mark. Heck, this time last year, there had already been several nights below freezing, including some in the teens! Some very abnormal weather. It's like it's a month behind!

We got 4.7 inches of much needed rain over the last two days! No storms either!

Today, wind and cooler from 65 yesterday to 55 for a high today. Cold coming for the weekend and maybe a snowflake or two!

Was awakened in the very early hours here in the midwest by the effects of an earthquake centered in Oklahoma. Having previously resided in California and experiencing several small quakes there, I knew what was happening immediately, but it is more than unsettling for those who are not accustomed to this phenomenon. (However, these things are now becoming so frequent here, there will be surely be few left innocent of the effects in a very short while.)

ETA: Perhaps this should have been posted to "What's Happening In Your Life?," as I realize that earthquakes may not be considered "weather." LOL...Feel free to move it!

I heard about that on the news this morning, LT. Glad it wasn't a bad one!

We had a pretty good one here several years ago in the wee hours of the morning and I remember jumping out of bed and running downstairs to see if my hubby felt it! He didn't, but upstairs I had necklaces hanging on a mirror and they were shaking! No damages, thankfully!

Yikes LT! Glad that was no damage. I've never felt an earthquake and hope I never do. *knocks on wood*. Yesterday's bad weather was alot milder than expected. There was only one confirmed tornado. It touched down just south of the main campus of the college that I'll be at this afternoon. I don't know of any damages yet.

It does! I couldn't believe my husband didn't feel it. He was rummaging around getting ready to go to work though.

Literally freezing here, 32 F/0 C. I'm huddled underneath a blanket to keep warm while reading a book before bed. Yesterday's(Monday) high barely reached 50. By Thanksgiving, it'll be 75. Even though I don't like the cold much, I'm ready for it to steadily stay cold for more than 2 days! My sinuses don't like this rollercoaster weather!
