Awesome! I don't think we'll be able to make any of the shows but I'd love to see him again live. Have fun!

See that, Eagles, NEW ALBUM FROM JACKSON!!

Edit: Aaack, I'm a bad reader - one show in Santa Monica in the middle of all of those DC and PA shows, Hmmmm....
Just got my VIP tix yesterday for Santa Monica. Been trying since the pre-sale to get one but no luck until I stumbled on the Jackson Browne Fall Tour link on the Guacamole Fund web-site.

Go to Guacs home page once there click on Jackson Brown Fall Tour hyperlink in blue just above the pix of Jackson. That will take you to the ticketing page for the entire tour and once there click on tickets for Santa Monica which takes you to Crowdsurge Here is the link: http://www.guacfund.org/

For some reason the only way you can get to this page is via the guac-fund web-site. The link on his tour page takes you to TicketFly.

Well crap - I really bombed out. I've been waiting a pretty long time for Jackson to play a show with a full band somewhere near me. So, finally, he will be playing in D.C. on Sunday, September 14th. Perfect - except that's the day I'll be leaving New York after the Eagles at MSG show and driving to Boston!

Well, technically, my first show in Indy at White River State Park was half with David Lindley and half with his band - and when Brooke and I saw him at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis he was with Sara Watkins and her band, but I am excited to finally see him with a band again AND to hear some songs off of his new album! Should be really exciting!!!

Can you take a detour to DC first, dreamer?

I just went back to his site to see if he'd added any dates in the South. No such luck - but I'm excited for his new album!

Very interesting interview with Jackson, with some nice mentions about the Eagles. Looking forward to hearing his new album.

Oh, that's good. And funny. "Only Glenn would've had the girl slowing down to take a look at him."

I like the way he compares a Henley-Frey-Souther writing session to a poker game.
