Well Ringo - and that's as it should be. After all, isn't your Beatles' deal more lucrative than Joe's with the Eagles ... don't you get 25%?

Ringo mentions Joe again, this time in a Q&A at the LA Grammy Museum where he was performing (Joe was in attendance).

    Here's the part about Joe:
"Warning: If you go to Ringo Starr's Los Angeles home for a cup of tea, prepare to end up on his album. As he began working on 'Y Not,' which came out Jan. 12, various guests were drafted into playing on the collection. 'The great Joe Walsh was living in the guest house, so he came over to put guitars on it.'"
So Joe was living in Ringo Starr's guest house???

That's bizarre. Do you think it was before Joe got together with Maureen? I mean, it does say "as he began working on Y Not". Maybe that was years ago!

Well, Ringo released Liverpool 8 in 2008 so Joe must have laid the tracks down for Y Not after that. Maybe Marjorie was living with the Starkeys and Joe thought it would be more convenient if they had a "love nest" on site?

Or maybe it was the reverse - Joe was crashing at the Starkey's guest house, Marjorie also happened to be living there, they started spending time together and fell in love?

I'm sure Ringo has a palatial estate and since Joe no longer was living with his then-wife and kids thanks to his separation from Denise, he could hang at Ringo's as much as he liked. I'll bet it beat Joe's bachelor pads...

I thought I had her name wrong. I was to lazy to search for it.

PM--just do what Ticky does-call her "the M word".

No matter how I try to work this out in my head-I keep coming back to the fact that Joe has gazillions of dollars--why would he be living in anyones guest house? Interesting!

In other news - Joe's been a man about town lately!

On Jan. 29, he attended the ceremony for Roy Orbison's posthumous Walk of Fame star, according to the Charlotte Observer.

That night, he hit up Neil Diamond's MusiCares, according to Showbiz411.

It seems he went to both of these with Jeff Lynne... remember that whole bit about him working with Lynne on a solo album? I wonder if that will ever be more than rumor?
