35 years ago was a sad day in Eagles history. The guys did their last show together at Long Beach, CA aka Long Night at Wrong Beach. This is also the show where Don F and Glenn exchange words on stage and wanted to kick each other's butts after the show. It wasn't until almost 14 years later when they got their act together and reunion.

I don't want to say happy anniversary, but I do want to acknowledge the anniversary of "Long Night at Wrong Beach". What a dark day for the guys, particularly Glenn and Don Felder. I shudder to think what might have happened if Don F hadn't left almost immediately after destroying the guitar.
(35 years. I wonder if I should go make my uncle feel old lol). I'm just glad that hell froze over eventually!

On September 3, 1977, Randy "Babyface" Meisner played his last concert with the Eagles at Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, Wisconsin.

On this day in 1973 Tequila Sunrise was released as a single! 43 years!

    This is fitting:

This is did leave me in tears. I'm currently balling my eyes out.
People talking about us they got nothing else to do. When it all comes down we will still come through in the long run.
