This is an archived link. Don had an hour radio slot on BBC Radio2 this past week & it's still active.
Love that voice!
Merry Christmas my friends!

It was actually yesterday. There were some interesting songs played. Everybody should listen to it.
Really enjoyed listening to his playlist and commentary. He has a wide range of taste in country music - good mix of old and new.
"You thought you would be satisfied, but you never will learn to be still."
Don's speaking voice is so sexy - like dark melted chocolate
I loved his song choice, very similar to my own taste. The only one I had never heard of was Matraca Berg and I loved Tricia Yearwood's version of her song, Dreaming Fields. Don is really such a softie revealing that this song reminds him of his dad and granddad and gives him tears in his eyes whenever he hears it.....major sigh
...Well it sure makes you wonder the things that some people will say. They can see black and white but they don't seem to notice the grey...
I heard on Sirius xm that Don will be on the Billy Joel station tonight (channel Eighteen) playing some of his favorite BJ songs.
"The SiriusXM channel will also include special guest DJ sessions, " Billy Joel Top Ten ", hosted by Joel's friends, including Garth Brooks and Don Henley playing their favorite Billy Joel songs."
(I didn't know where to put this so if this is the wrong place, please move!)

A guy who writes for my local newspaper picked his top 40 favorite rock/pop singers. He tied Don Henley with Eddie Vedder for #1. For proof of Don's singing voice, he said "The Last Resort".

People don't run out of dreams, People just run out of time
I just love DH
He has a wonderful way of speaking and so smart too.
Here's an article about last night's event that Don was at honoring Jim Ed Norman in Nashville. I wonder if Don is going to stay in Nashville or fly back home and coming back for the event on Monday.
