Now this guy has a reason not to put out another album. Just wish that weren't the case. Heard some MJ earlier today. Sad to think there will never be more.

He came to mind when I read that his former dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, had recently passed away from natural causes. Apparently, the good doctor knew about Michael's struggles with propofol addiction, and I imagine many other people in his inner circle were aware of the same.
Sad, really, because Michael possessed an unusual talent for song and dance that catapulted him to the center of the world's attention in the '80s. I remember his infamous moonwalk on the Motown special that soon became his signature move. At that time, I thought no one could dance across a stage like Michael Jackson!
IIRC, Thriller is still the second-best selling album of all time. Some of the songs from that album are on my iPod, and I give them a listen every now and then. So, to answer your main question, yes, I do miss him.

I think it was the combo of hearing Thriller and it's almost Halloween that got me thinking about him. In addition to being here and with all his efforts, he finished at #2 (on that all-time best seller list).
He was always the one who made me think of the high price of fame and living in the spotlight...and if it was worth it.
RIP, Michael.
Yes !! He was awesome !! No doubt the greatest entertainer of our time. I never believed all that BS about him molesting children. He had a terrible life, and it only got worse for him. He deserved better.
Can't say I was ever a real fan, but there's no doubt he was an amazing performer. What a waste and very sad story.
