AG, it's so sweet of you to share your beautiful photos from the family reunion. I hope you had a grand time in that lovely location.

This year's reunion was one of the best that I remember(I've gone to all but one since I was born). It was a bit bittersweet as my family lost 2 members this year, one of my great uncles and my grandma. This is usually the only time where I get to see my huge extended family. (Great aunts and great uncles, cousins, etc.) I'm already looking forward to next year!

Fantastic pictures Brooke - especially the ones of the mountains. I'm reading 'A walk in the woods' by Bill Bryson at the moment (its about the Appalachian Trail ) so it was great to see the pictures.
Hope you had a great time there

Wow, Brooke. Seeing those photos reminds me of my vacation through North Carolina in October 2008. It's very beautiful, gorgeous and breathtaking this time of year because of the leaves changing colors. My mom and I went up to Virginia(Williamsburg and Jamestown), and spent 2 days coming home through North Carolina(my mom wanted to show me Cherokee, NC). Photos really don't do it justice, imo.
Hope you had a great time.
