That was just delightful. So cool that he'd do that. I liked seeing him not as polished. Wavy hair & reading glasses, etc..... Technology is amazing.

Me, too. He sure looks great in those screen caps - so relaxed and natural. I'm glad Joe has a nice hobby! I want to call him up on one of those things.

I wonder how one gets into a hobby like that?...sounds like a very cool thing to me...that I would love...probably an expensive hobby?...

He was filming from his Ipad at home. Behind him is his new(to him) big OLD Moog synthesizer. He says he wants to get back into the analog synthesizers that only make one note at a time.

He talked about the fact that he still has all his old equipment. That's surprised me. Stuff from 40 - 50 years ago. The man that hosts Ham Nation is Bob Heil, he was the guy that made Joe's first Talk Box. He often toured with Joe and worked on his equipment while they were on the road.

I do think Ham radio is expensive. I don't even quite understand it. In my mind it's like a big chat room, only old school where you talk instead of type.
