    I just read it on MSN homepage.... She was a funny lady.

    i always remember her talking bout her hubby "fang".

    I was too little and didnt undertand why someone would have that name but she was one of the great funny ladys.
    Her gift was laughter to the world and she will be missed.

    I always think of her being on so many of the variety and game shows in the seventies...and her laugh...RIP Phyllis

    RIP Phillis! She was one of the first female comedians & paved the way for the many funny ladies we have on the comedy circuit today. I don't really remember her act that much, but I do recall my parents watching her on tv. I think she was on Ed Sullivan & other variety shows in the 60's like maybe the Dean Martin Show.
    She was 95, so she had a nice long life....RIP Phillis!
