Default Randy Meisner California Jam 1974

I know this is old but ...

Randy singing lead on Midnight Flyer ... He was great!!!
Glenn and Bernie rockin' it looking like they had a total blast.
Is that Jackson Browne playing acoustic guitar?

Yes, that is Jackson. He played with them because Don. F. 's wife was giving birth to their first child.

I love that story. Susan needed him and he didn't even blink an eye. Felder showed exactly what what most important to him. (And back then, that was a really big deal because husbands didn't attend the birth they way they automatically do these days.)

I hate he missed out on Cali Jam but as it turned out, there was plenty of time for songs and crowds later on.

Dawn - I really love that whole Calif. Jam video ! Randy rocks Midnight Flyer and Glenn plays a mean slide guitar.

I know it has been discussed here before, but I love the shot of the little boy with the guitar - so cute.

Thank you everyone for answering my question about Jackson. I was watching all the Cal Jam videos I could find getting lost in the moment I completely spaced out on Felder.

That's understandable considering the amount of talent and good looks in that particular band.
