I vote James Dean. I know it wasn't a hit, but the guys did make it a single.

Well - Soda. I dunno if people forget about Too Many Hands or not; if the song's not that memorable maybe it's simply because it doesn't reasonate that well with a lot of us. I've listened to it plenty, but I just think it's one of the band's weaker songs. I'm not crazy about the melody and it is probably my least favorite of all of Randy's vocals. Therefore ...
I cast my vote for Too Many Hands.

I vote 'Pretty maids all in a row'.
The next song to be eliminated in the Underrated Eagles Song Survivor is James Dean. James Dean, you were too fast to live and too young to die, but the tribe has spoken. Now, please leave the island and go down the road to eternity.

Once again, Ol' 55
...Well it sure makes you wonder the things that some people will say. They can see black and white but they don't seem to notice the grey...
Too Many Hands. I think everyone else has pretty much summed up why.
After reading the comments yesterday, I listened to Too Many Hands. It's not a track I've ever disliked or even thought that much about but this time I regretted that I'd already voted for James Dean. I can still justify that on the grounds that James Dean isn't underrated but I like it so much more than Too Many Hands. Too Many Hands is too clunky and repetitive for me.
I vote for Too Many Hands.
