Technical knowlege has nothing to do with this poll, it's whatever solos you dig the most. In fact, most of my favorite solos were played by Glenn, who had the least technical ability of the four of them

Let me just say that I have always said that I absolutely love the guitar work in I Can't Tell You Why, and until recently didn't know that Glenn gets the credit!

Right, but the On The Border liner notes credit Bernie as lead guitarist. I don't think Felder was even in the band yet when it was recorded. Remember, Felder always played the I Can't Tell You why solos

Seriously, I'm no good at the guitar, instruments stuff. I hear them but they don't really register as "wow, that was a great solo!". Does that make sense?
