Desperada and I are going to the Ultimate Eagles on Sunday night next and then I am going to see them again in Drogheda with hubby on my birthday a week later. Oh well, doesn't look like I will get to Hanging Rock!

JCL - I think that is from the Houston bootleg. Glenn also says similar these days between LWKUA and Heartache Tonight.

I would love to go and see more Eagles tributes again, alas I want my memories from seeing the real deal last summer to be preserved.

Yes thanks, it's a great review Toni!

I've never seen a tribute band of any kind. I'm dumb enough to think only the originals are good enough.

Did the audience realize that they witnessed a performance of the entire Desperado album?

Thanks from me too, Toni. Sounds like a really interesting show. One of the things I like about tribute bands is that you get set lists that you would probablynever get with the real band.

GA and Desperado - Hope you both have a great time at your show.

Yeah, one of them said this during the gig.

Is this a different tribute band to last year?
This fifth season of “World’s Greatest Tribute Bands” features concerts by two Charlotte-based groups. Natural Wonder: A Tribute to Stevie Wonder wowed audiences during its April 7 episode live from Los Angeles’ Whisky A Go-Go. On Tuesday, Eagles tribute On the Border plays an expanded hour and a half episode.

Thumbs up Re: Eagles Tribute Bands

Here's a very popular Eagles Tribute Band "Hotel California" from Canada. Have been around for a long time, and have performed all over the world.

The fella who sings and plays Randy's part in the American tribute band Hotel California is the son of songwriter Steve Young, who wrote "Seven Bridges Road."
