    Default Beautiful Glenn

Thanks, DF, for the welcome. I'm being very naughty - I'm supposed to be working. But I have Glenn on my mind. He is so gorgeous, and sexy (ooh!) and has such a beautiful voice, both when he is singing and speaking. Then there's the intelligence and sense of humour, not to mention the incredible songwriting abilities. But you all know that already, don't you?

My best friend, who is also one of my bandmates, went to see The Eagles in Switzerland towards the end of last year, while he was on business there. I envied him then, but I am positively green with envy now! It is such a pity that us Capetonians see absolutely nothing on television or in the news of The Eagles. Little wonder then that it has taken me so long to discover them, and more specifically, Glenn.

I have Eagles albums, and I have had to order some Glenn albums, as I could not find any in the shops. I have so enjoyed the videos on the site, and the photographs have been an absolute treat! My favourite is the "Allnighter" photo, where Glenn lies across the bed with closed eyes. I have saved it as my laptop wallpaper! And I have a folder full of Glenn pics. I am a full-blown Glenn addict!

I don't need any rehab for this addiction, though. It is having a positive effect on me. The "Livin' Right" video has made me even more determined to get into better shape - when I am lazy, I watch the video. How's that for inspiration!

Just one question before I sign off: how does one put a picture in the sidebar of one's posts? Please excuse my ignorance - I am a rank amateur when it comes to computer software.

    I'll be back tomorrow!

I've got a peaceful, easy feeling
And I know Glenn won't let me down

That photo in the sidebar is called an avatar. They should be no larger than 150 px wide and 200 px long. You can upload a photo from your computer using your profile. You can find your own, or I have a few ready-made ones here: Glenn Frey Avatars

Let me welcome you as well, Mrs. F. Hope you love it here on The Border. You are obviously suffering from the same condition that many of us are. It's becoming an epidemic, and hopefully, there is no cure.

Isn't it called Eaglemania? Or in my case, Randymania? or Randyitis, Glennitis or whatever it is we all suffer from.

Welcome from me too Mrs F! What a cool name! You're a girl after my own heart. As most people on the border realise I'm also a huge Glenn fan. And as far as I can see the addiction is incurable! Hope you enjoy yourself on this site.
