Thank you for the kind words. I'm sure that photo has popped up somewhere before, I just can't remember where.

Don't hate me Frey girls, but there are two other Glenn solo autographs on the wall that I didn't photograph. They were b&w stock publicity photos that get distributed to media, if it's any consolation. Looked to be from the 1980s.

OT: the autograph that made my jaw hit the floor was the late Arthur Lee (of Love) on a photo of him with Jimi Hendrix. I doubt if anyone working at Lucy's knows the value and rarity of what they have on that wall. There's even a gold record by Dolly Parton.

Indeed I did, thanks NOLA. I was only in Eagles (and Beach Boys and Doors) country for a few days, the rest of the time was spent in sequoia, hot springs and redwoods country. It sure is a beautiful place.

Incidentally, one can see the Forum on the landing approach to LAX. It's such a distinctive building - and has such a massive parking lot - there's no missing it. I would've loved to have seen it when it looked like this:

Seriously though, I sure hope they have that roof stored somewhere so they can use it again in the event that there are future shows there!
