yes that looks like her in both photos! I didn't even know Cher had a sister let alone that she dated Don! I can see the Cher resemblance though!

    I think she's Cher's half sister.

Whoever talked him into taking off his shirt for that shot deserves a medal.

A Stevie Nicks fan made this:

They're based on lyrics from the Stevie Nicks song "One More Big Time Rock'n'Roll Star" which Stevie said was about Don.

T&H, I'm not exactly sure what you see, but I will say that the book he's reading is Black Sun: The brief transit and violent eclipse of Harry Crosby, written by Geoffry Wolff.

Harry was an interesting individual who led a very hedonistic lifestyle. His aunt was married to JP Morgan, and he had an open affair with a slightly older woman. She divorced her husband (not exactly common in 1920) and they moved out of the country and got married. He died at the age of 31 as part of either a suicide pact, or murder-suicide. He and his wife had an open marriage, and they founded Black Sun Press, which published T.S. Eliot, James Joyce, and Ernest Hemingway, to name a few.

This is the Wiki page where I got that info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Crosby

Since Black Sun is also a term used in the occult and other dark things, I thought I'd let everyone know that Don wasn't dabbling in alchemy in this picture!

ETA: added the word 'aunt'...very crucial piece of information!
