Wow, 30 years! Love this album.

Enjoy the video for the album's biggest hit!

I was about 30 years late to the party on this album. I only just got my first copy a couple of months ago. I would not have liked it when it was released. I was 18 then and only liked things that sounded like other things I liked. This album was a departure and I was not inclined to experiment.

Boy, am I glad I grew up. By the time I finally listened to it top to bottom this February, I thoroughly enjoyed it. You can hear that Glenn is really testing his solo wings here, because no two songs sound the same. I don't really have a favorite song yet, but as is typical for me, I gravitate toward the non-hits like "I Volunteer" and "All Those Lies". I'll play it again today in honor of the anniversary.
