    This was posted on Facebook by a Nashville musician named Jamey Johnson today - he saw Don in the studio "earlier this week". Makes me want to get in the car and drive up to Music City!



    Now... why would he be in a Nashville studio? Dare we hope it might have something to do with Cass County?

    Oh I agree...Don is really working the huggable look! ! I also love the way the shirt looks like it was taken out of the ironing pile and just put on...the pocket flaps are open and creased as is the collar ...he's just a normal hardworking guy

    Dare we dream, Soda that Don could be putting the final touches to Cass County???

    I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I'm really frustrated, so much so that I put my feelings in the form of a Limerick (where I actually come from) - so here's my effort:

    I adore a great singer called Don,
    Whose talent is second to none.
    But to feed my addiction,
    I need an addition,
    Don, please just RELEASE your new song!!!!

    And it looks like Don has on 3 shirts! A white t, under a gray henley, under the plaid rumpled shirt! Looks like he thought he needed a jacket and threw on the plaid one!

    He does look cute! Hopefully, he is working on Cass County!

    I though Cass County was finished a year or two ago. I suppose he could go back to it and make further alterations before it's released or maybe he's working on that second solo album he mentioned, quite a while back.

    It could be somebody else's album or even Eagles music.

    If I were his record company, If he's presented Cass County as finished, I don't think I'd let him start tinkering with it again.
