Timothy performed at the John Stewart Memorial

A site visitor to TBSO has just let me know that Timothy performed on Saturday May 3rd at the John Stewart Memorial in Malibu. Timothy performed one of John's songs "Chilly Winds". Here is what a reviewer had to say of his performance :

The surprise high point for me was the appearance of Eagle Timothy B. Schmitt, who
like so many of us was a Trio-maniac in his teens ("I was the Nick
Reynolds") and then launching into a perfect "Chilly Winds."

Very cool! I didn't realize Tim was friends with John Stewart. I said in his RIP thread that I really admired that man. I think it's great that Tim was one of those who paid tribute.

I sure hope there is a recording of this. I'd love to hear Tim do "Chilly Winds" playing acoustic guitar. What a rare treasure!
