    Have fun Zelda!!

I love Jackson Browne's music - more so here lately. Lots of playing on The Pretender, Doctor My Eyes, Running On Empty, etc.

I really wish he'd get David Lindley back in the band. I'm not a huge acoustic folk instrument guy (although I love regular 6 and 12 string acoustic) but he'd be my first pick if I was to listen to someone play those.

That said, I do like Val McCallum (who recently I found out who he was) but Jackson and Lindley are kind of like Mick and Keith to me. Maybe not as much so, but it reminds me of that.

    Zelda, enjoy Jackson! He's wonderful!

I would love to see him with David Lindley too. I wonder what's up with him not touring with him anymore?

I know I've said this before, but I wish he'd tour with his band. As much as I love him, I can hear his voice changing now that he's gotten older, and sometimes if he overuses his voice it doesn't sound as good. Some musicians and backup vocalists could help him with that.

I saw him with David Lindley 2 years ago. Lindley played a bunch of really weird guitars. Sounded great though. Austin, you would have loved it. I have a CD that came out about that time with the two of them. It's called "Love Is Strange". It's a double CD.
And Zelda, blow him kisses from me too, and tell him I'll see him next week.

Much tamer than what must have gone on at some of those "Third Encore" parties.
I don't care how tame it was - it was JACKSON BROWNE, for crying out loud! What a story to be able to tell!
