The tour has now been rescheduled & the Brisbane date is on Tuesday November 18. Now I have to rebook flights & hotels...

Glad it's been rescheduled FP.
They are definitely on my bucket list to see although as more time passes I'm starting to doubt that will happen.

FP, Hope the rebooking won't be too difficult & costly. It will all be worth it to see them. Last time they were here the tickets were just so expensive, I'm not sure I will ever get to see them again.

Just reviving this because it's on (Ruby) TUESDAY! Really looking forward to it, although Brisbane will still be recovering from the G20 meeting which is taking place there this weekend.
(This is also a trial run for the Eagles next March; same venue).
I believe I will have the privilege of seeing Mick Taylor on a couple of songs.

I'm a Mick Taylor fan...I love Ronnie Wood, but I really prefer Taylor's guitar sound and those records. I'm more of a Let It Bleed/Sticky Fingers/Exile On Main Street fan than a Some Girls/Emotional Rescue/Tattoo You fan to put it simply. Same with Brian Jones (who I respect, but still prefer Taylor). I prefer Let It Bleed to Beggar's Banquet.
I loved Ronnie though in the Faces and with Rod Stewart (he played the Maggie May guitar solo). I LOVE the Faces.
