I met Trisha at her cookbook signing last Saturday and she was the nicest, sweetest lady. And funny! I was planning to ask her about singing with Don but never got around to it. We talked everything from hot flashes and what alleviates it, to mosquitos, Georgia’s giant gnats, to Garth’s first trip with her to Georgia and his hiking plans. After reading this article, I'm disappointed that I forgot to ask about Don.

    Thanks for the link VA!

Cool that Trisha considers Don to be one of her idols. I can't wait to hear her singing on the album!

HB, Georgia's giant gnats? . I do believe that that is an understatement! I'm sure that Trisha and I could spend all day talking about them. No summer is complete without swallowing one or having one go up your nose. (Very annoying)

Don gets a tiny mention in this article about politicians using music they shouldn't be using.

Don't hate on me but Don is sort of sporting Donald Trump hair in that photo. Runs & hides for cover!

I agree with VA that that was an interesting read.

I also agree with jms about Don's hair , but the smile makes up for it.

I would prefer his hair gray, but it's not like Trumps!! Don's is going in the right direction and doesn't look like it might actually be a chipmunk or something. I actually think his hair looks fine, it would just be better if it matched his goatee.

What makes me think that his hair looks like Trump's is that sort of hump to it. The color's different than I've seen (it looks almost reddish).

It's the color, almost reddish blonde which we clearly know he was neither red or blonde & then the white beard. He looked amazing with the salt & pepper coloring but...sigh, I wish someone would just tell him to put down the Just For Men box in the trash.
Trust me come Friday night he could come out in a long blonde wig & Speedo and it would be fine by me.
