Unfortunately my play counts were all reset the last time I had to do an organisation of the library & all the songs which were played more than once are now mainly iTunes purchases. At the moment I have nothing which has been played more than five times & only a couple which have been played four times.

I've listened to Gerry Rafferty quite a bit in the past. I got his first two albums for next to nuthin' and quite enjoyed them. They have some great songs, Her Father Didn't Like Me Anyway and Look Over The Hill And Far Away are memorable. Did you know that Gerry started out in The Humblebums, a folk duo with comedian Billy Connelly.

I wasn't so hot on Stealer's Wheel but I've always loved Bakers Street and Night Owl. I saw a tribute concert to Gerry on TV and it reignited an interest in him. I Love Whatever's Written In Your Heart. The Ark, Winter's Come and Shipyard Town are pretty good too.

My record collection started of as 100% Joe Walsh albums, so he was all I listened to for a few years. I then got some Genesis albums, then Eagles/Eagles solo albums. The first chart album I bought was Jon and Vangelis - The Friends Of Mr Cairo.... no guitars and a bit more ambient tocompliment my collection, but I've never really been interested in chart stuff, Joe's 20 year gap between Songs For A Dying Planet and Analog Man left a real hole to fill.

I'm still listening to Walsh and Genesis, currently Cass County and Elbow too (they're better at writing and performing than coming up with a band name).

I listen to so-called, eclectic radio shows but It's All Rock'n'Roll To Me as Billy Joel nearly sang. I tend to avoid Classical, Rap and Heavy Metal but I can even listen to those in small doses.

I do switch off diva singers, a lot of crooners, kids pop, Queen, especially Bohemian Rhapsody, Freebird, 80s hair rock and Stairway To Heaven, among others

Rafferty was a very talented man. The City To City album is one of my favourites with Night Owl just below it.

That's awesome Brooke!!! I love some of Dan's songs and my Mom's a huge fan too, and I would love to see that too.

And love that song too Sad Cafe!!! My parents are still questioned to this day if I was named after "Amanda", but I was born two months before that was released. LOL
