In Houston, I believe Randy and Joe wore matching Criteria Recording Studios t-shirts.

The Soul Pole recordings are wacky, zany, weird outtakes from when the Eagles were in the studio, goofing around. There are some on YouTube but of course I can't find them right now. A brief snippet of this tomfoolery was played in the HOTE documentary, IIRC it was the infamous "rub your belly with the linseed oil" song.

Are you not aware of the series of sold out shows they did at Wembley in 2014?

Sadly Terry Jones now has dementia, so any further reunions are unlikely to occur now.

Heard about Wembley, thought they might come to the LA or another big American city, but forgot about the news on Terry Jones.

I just remembered that a couple songs Stevie wrote were inspired by the film Julia (1977), so she obviously was very affected by that movie.

IMHO Julia was a very good movie with an excellent cast - Vanessa Redgrave and Jane Fonda, Rosemary Murphy, Jason Robards, Hal Holbrook, Maximilian Schell. Interesting that Stevie wrote a couple of songs inspired by this film.

Read yesterday (and before many times) that John Lennon loved "The Lost Weekend" directed by Billy Wilder.. I loved Ray Milland's performance in that one.
