I love it too but...it isn't a very close picture.
Here is list of "100 Greatest Rock Bass Players of All Time" that includes Timothy Two spots behind Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones. I don't give much credence to these type of lists, but it's nice to see him recognized!

I was reading some articles about Timothy, and came across this one:

It mentions that he was working on a new solo project. They take awhile to do, especially while the Eagles are touring. So maybe we will get another solo album from our guy!
Yeah, considering the Rolling Stones have what is probably considered one of the most important, distinct rhythm sections of all time, I'm surprised Wyman isn't higher, but he's not in any of the top polls. Bass is weird. Seems like you have to be really flamboyant to be noticed. We have a review in here where Timothy's playing was referred to by an expert as "solid", and some took that to be a vague, lukewarm compliment , but apparently to be "solid" is considered high praise for a bassist - they're supposed to stay solid underneath there and help things along, not really stand out. (in my layman's terminology! Anyone feel free to correct me)
Here's a board on the Beach Boys which mentions TBS's version of Caroline, No (with the Beach Boys):
