Especially with cell phones these days. You don't have to remember anyone's number, it's in your contact list. And how many times do you call your own cell number? I see people all the time look up their own number when we need it here at work.

Now all we need is for Don to get one of these ~ or does he have one already?

I need to look up how you become an honoree for the Kennedy Center Honors. Don or Don/Glenn or the whole group. I don't know if they ever had a group as an honoree, but they have honored the main people of a group.
They honoured Led Zeppelin last year. Although John Bonham is no longer with us, it was still the band they honoured. From what I can tell, this is the first time this has happened, although Roger & Pete from the Who were previously honoured.

There is a form for nominations in that link.
Can't wait to hear Don sing that beautiful song. Not much of a Joel fan but there are a few of his songs that are lovely. She's Got a Way is definitely one of them.

Maybe he has a Google Voice number (or something like it) and couldn't remember what it was. You know, the number you give someone when you don't want to give them your real number? It rings through to all your real numbers and when you want someone to stop calling, you drop the number and get a new one. Not that I've ever done this...

You can't change the world but you can change yourself.
Hmmm, is Don using an iPhone, android or BlackBerry I wonder?
Really looking forward to seeing Don sing that song. I bet he did a great job. It's such a pretty song and I would think his voice will really suit it well.
I love the Kennedy Center Honors shows each year. They usually do such a good job with the tributes. The Mel Brooks one a few years back was pretty hysterical. They are always so heartfelt. Looking forward to it!
