well that was my first ever EAGLES show and boy did they deliver! They sure do know how to put on a crowd pleasing show
I am so happy I finally got to see them!
My seats were pretty good in the 101 section, but still too far to see details without the assistance of binoculars. So I'm glad I had a pair so I could see all the little smirks and nods that aren't broadcasted on the screen The guys are so cute and looked fantastic! I love their charisma and charm.
my boyfriend said I was like a little girl at a Beatles show haha (I don't remember being quite like that, but I did my fair share of screaming and woooo-ing
I've been quite sick with a cold all week (busy & working through it all so not getting better before the show), my back has been giving me troubles, and I had to pee through most of the show, but didn't want to leave for too long during intermission for fear of missing even one second. But the show was so AMAZING that it made me forget all my pain and troubles! I had a HUGE SMILE on my face the entire time and sang along to every song. It was over way too fast.
I avoided all History of the Eagles concert reviews and setlists beforehand because I wanted this to be a complete surprise, but my boyfriend looked at the setlist so he knew what the last song was going to be...so I was like that's not REALLY that last song is it?? there's surely a THIRD ENCORE? haha Whatever happened to Saturday night?!
I wonder what the boys are doing with their day off in NYC today...
ps. I wish I could've made it out afterwards to meet everyone, but I didn't read about the RSVP for Harry's until it was too late, and as I said I'm also pretty sick hope y'all had a blast
though I did get to say hello to desperado (Madelyn) because she was in the row in front of mine
